I describe my handcrafted items to the best of my ability.Please remember that hand crocheted items usually have a lot of stretch to them unless otherwise noted in the listing, therefore all measurements are taken with a great deal of care but can be off just a little.
Also some monitors show colors different than other monitors so I do try to describe the color of an item to the best of my ability also.
I do not give refunds on hand crocheted items for just the reasons listed above but if you fell that an item is not as I have described it then please contact me so we can work it out together as I may be able to offer you an exchange of the item for one similar to the one you ordered after you have returned your order to me. I do from time to time list other items besides hand crocheted items in those listing I will add a separate return policy to each individual item within the add itself.
